About me

Giggle Glossary is a one stop shop for all your comedy resource needs. It was born when I was scouring various web pages trying to learn about comedic concepts and words that I had heard.

"Why isn't there a place where I can get all the resources I need to learn to be funny!" I cried as I closed 100s of tabs I had open.

So then I took years of comedy classes, read lots of comedy books, watched lots of comedy, and even, gasp, performed it. I took lots of notes and figured I'd put what I'd learned and am learning up for you to enjoy as well.

I thought it would be funny to keep this:

Personal? You JUST came to this website! Okay here goes nothing.

Sometimes I fear I'm not enough to be love-able and that by doing something great and grand I'll become famous and people will love and adore me and fill all the holes in my heart. I'm learning those thoughts are lies. Fame is a false idol of happiness. So too is wealth, power, and pleasure. Hey we've all been there, had bad days and thought if only I had more X I'd be happier.

Who am I? I'm grateful. Thankful for those who helped me get here. Various family, teachers, friends and cheerleaders.
